A: There are no required assignments for the group. Any “homework” is optional and will be personalized during your individual coaching sessions.

A: Each session includes a 30-minute teaching and guided discussion on the month’s topic, followed by two Hot Seat coaching experiences where members receive focused support on real leadership challenges.
